The 2025 interagency discussion will focus on on fair lending. During this session, representatives from three federal agencies will discuss a variety of fair lending topics, including:
- the Federal Reserve’s fair lending program and compliance management highlights,
- the National Credit Union Administration’s fair lending observations, and
- the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s fair lending priorities and updates.
The agencies’ presentation will be followed by a Questions-and-Answers segment.
