Jules Heo is a supervising examiner in the Consumer Compliance Function at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, with more than 20 years of experience in the banking and financial regulatory sector. Throughout her career, she has held roles across multiple federal regulatory agencies, developing deep expertise in consumer protection, risk governance, and regulatory compliance. Jules is a commissioned senior bank examiner and a certified regulatory compliance manager. She previously served as a chief compliance officer, leading an enterprise-wide compliance programs and advising executive leadership on regulatory strategy and risk mitigation. She has an M.A. in international relations, an M.S. in enterprise risk management from Boston University, and a B.A. in sociology from UCLA.
