Please join us for a discussion of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, and its implementing regulations. During this webinar, Colin Constandse and Meg Finney from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Chrissy Sager from the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City will provide an overview of certain provisions of the flood insurance regulations, review recent flood insurance issues raised during examinations, and discuss areas that present challenges to financial institutions, including:
