Please join us for our 2025 interagency discussion of fair lending. During this session, representatives from three federal agencies will discuss a variety of fair lending topics, including:
- The Federal Reserve’s fair lending essentials and selected insights from consumer compliance exams,
- The National Credit Union Administration’s fair lending observations, and
- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s fair lending priorities and workstreams in the current Administration
