Join Federal Reserve System Community Development staff for a presentation on the intersection of community and economic development, public health, and health care. In this session, attendees will gain a basic understanding of the Federal Reserve’s Community Development function as well as identify how depository institutions can receive credit under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) for fostering healthy and vibrant communities. Presenters will describe potential strategies to utilize in the field as well as a list of collaboration tools that banks, public health practitioners, health care organizations, and others can use to foster physical, social, and economic well-being in the markets they serve.
We will follow the presentation with a Q&A segment, where we will respond to audience questions. In addition to taking questions during the webinar, please consider sending in questions via email in advance of the event to facilitate the Q&A segment.
